The plant will be developed as a new full treatment plant with several hygienic barriers with Lake Barsetvatnet as a water source. For the construction project of the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) plant at Norcem Brevik, the need for the purchase of a number of new distribution boards that shall be included in the new CCS plant is expected. the Carbon Capture and Storage plant is expected to be completed during Q2-Q3 2024.
