This contract includes all electro-technical installations for a new sewage treatment facility and completive biological stages for an existing treatment facility. It is a prerequisite for the work that there is close cooperation with all the suppliers who shall install technical equipment.

The delivery includes the following:

— Earthing systems/balancing connections (some of these systems have already been installed in the construction contract).

— Rail systems from an internal network station.

— Carrying systems for cables.

— Cable risers for sub-distributions.

— Distributions, main switchboard with internal bus systems for circuit breakers.

— Lighting systems (LED).

— Emergency lighting systems (central emergency lighting system).

— General cable systems for lights, emergency lighting and power sockets.

— Cable systems for control systems.

— Sub-distributions, the systems in the distributions, such as internal bus systems etc. The electrical basis shall be designed — for switchboards and cabling for process equipment such as instruments, engine controls with and without frequency management, valve systems, etc. based on RIE's basis.

— Full-covering fire alarm system.

— Access control.

— Installation of Ecom fibre installations, CAT 6A copper installations etc.

— Instrumentation — delivery of equipment, assembly, set-up and commissioning.

— Frequency transformers with commissioning, optimised for contract E2 (operations control contract).

— UPS installations for the facility (100kVA).

— Generator systems, back-up power (500 - 700kVA).

— Electro-technical installations and delivery of equipment in EX areas (zones 1 and 2).

— Electro-technical installations for machines provided by an other machine contractor.

— Outdoor electrical installations This applies to cable installations, signal installations etc.

General electro shall be provided in accordance with FEL NEK 400, last relevant version. All process related installations shall be delivered in accordance with EN 60204-1, based on own risk analysis. All relevant ECOM regulations for the computer network will apply. Another contract that will affect this contract is E2 Control/Automation, which includes the delivery and commissioning of a new operations control system for the complete developed treatment facility.
