The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for the purchase of materials and equipment for the production of access cards. This includes ID cards, printers, equipment and supplies. In addition, an agreement will be signed for service and maintenance of both new and existing printers for ID card production.

Due to the implementation of school passes for pupils in Oslo schools, a framework agreement is needed with a service provider who can produce and distribute school passes. The school pass has a precise and fixed layout, which is in accordance with the Education Department’s profile, but the service provider must offer additional functions which schools can order.
