Framework agreement - carbon source to denitrification (Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS)
Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS (NRA) and Nordre Follo renseanlegg IKS (NFR), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into framework agreements for delivery of carbon source to denitrification in the biological nitrogen removal steps (purged levels) at the facilities.
