Vestall AS would like prices for a framework agreement for consultancy services. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one primary tenderer that ensures the contracting authority the consultancy services needed at any given time for his grid operations, while at the same time, the framework agreement will contribute to streamlining the contracting authority's operations and to reducing the costs.
