Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

This is equivalent to a credit rating of A or equivalent.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. (The assessment must not be older than 3 months.)

The contracting authority can obtain further credit ratings or other financial information such as, but not limited to, the annual accounts including notes, and the board's annual reports.

The public annual accounts for the last 2 accounting years.

Confirmation from a credit institution on a guarantee for the contract sum, point 6.1 in the contract document.

Tax certificate for VAT and tax in accordance with the PPR §7-2, not older than 3 months.

If a tenderer believes this does not provide the correct image of their economic capacity, this can be accounted for, possibly by supplementing with newer credit assessments/rating carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Relevant experience from assignments of at least an equivalent complexity and size.

Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contractual relationships within the energy industry. Equivalent contractual relationships means deliveries of the product spectrum that is defined in the price sheet, Annex 2.

Documented capacity, machines, equipment, and personnel. Including an overview of personnel with the required certificates.

Tenderers are required to have equipment available or show how they will have it available for the start-up of the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Relevant experience from assignments of at least an equivalent complexity and size.

Fulfil the capacity requirements:

Minimum 5 simultaneous large excavation teams, (the definition of a large excavation team is in the requirements specification).

In addition 3 small excavation teams (the definition of a small excavation team is in the requirements specification).

1-2 available large excavators up to 30 tonnes.

Blasting competence and equipment.

Wheeled loader for lifting and loading in accordance with the price table.

Minimum 1-2 belted dumper trucks.

Capacity, equipment, and competence for fixing coordinates and documentation of sites.

Thawing frozen ground. (Heatwork or equivalent).

Available equipment and competence in accordance with the attached price matrix. If a tenderer will not provide the service itself, a cooperation agreement for the use/hire must be presented.
