Contract Service Management system (Universitetet i Agder (University of Agder))
The University of Agder and the University of Stavanger is carrying out a joint procurement for Contract Service Management system (ESM). The University of Agder currently services approximately 15 000 students and employees via it's fist line service, and has close to 200 case workers who service these.
