Røros, Os and Holtålen municipalities intent to enter into agreement for the supply of ICT-operation services. See the attached requirement specification with appendix.
In 2013 the municipalities entered into a strategic cooperation in the IT-area, and some of our combined strategy is to go into joint tender to outsource data operations to an external supplier from 01.01.2015. The awarding authority intends to enter into a contract for user rights for a new finance system.
The system shall allow for modern and resource efficient work methods in all areas defined under finance. The system shall ensure the best possible support for workers and give an option to extract specially adapted management and control information. This will give increased efficiency and make it possible to change priorities or free up resources.
