A new Holla secondary school shall be constructed to replace the current school. The existing buildings shall be demolished and a new school constructed. Phase 1 consists of the construction of a new school and the development of parts of the outside area. After completion and the new school is in use, the existing building shall be demolished and the rest of the outside area completed (phase 2). In connection with the construction of a new Secondary school in Ulefoss, the existing buildings need to be demolished first. This concerns two buildings, totalling approx. 760 m. In addition, the clean-up shall be carried out following the fire department's fire exercises at two other buildings on the same lot. There are strict requirements for the implementation of construction works to avoid damages to users in the adjacent areas and the adjacent buildings.
