Turnkey contract for Holla Secondary School

Nome kommune

A new Holla secondary school shall be constructed to replace the current school. The existing buildings shall be demolished and a new school constructed. Phase 1 consists of the construction of a new school and the development of parts of the outside area. After completion and the new school is in use, the existing building shall be demolished and the rest of the outside area completed (phase 2). The new Holla secondary school has an area of approx. 3500 m2, with a relatively large outside area.
There are strict requirements for the execution of the works in order to avoid injuries and accidents amongst the pupils and employees in the school, which will be open, and in order to reduce operational disturbances for teaching.
The contract is planned to be signed and the construction works are planned to start immediately after the general staff holiday (week 31/32).

— Description of the tenderer's most relevant commissions during the past 5 years, of which at least one similar commission took place within the last three years. The description must include the contract value, time frame and recipient (name, phone and e-mail). References must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description documenting its relevance.
