The relevant service is the service of providing and maintaining the necessary helicopters and supplying operational resources (including pilots), to execute search and rescue operations, air ambulance operations, and other assignments for the Governor’s office under the established concept at Svalbard of “multi-purpose use” of the Governors helicopter resources, including other public assignments.
