The municipalities of Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Ås have established a purchasing cooperative with a Joint Purchasing office — FIK, located in Vestby municipality. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of food products. Fresh meat, fruits and vegetables are not included in the agreement.
