The EPJ (the Electronic Patient Journal) measure is a co-operation between the Norwegian Medical Association, the Norwegian Directorate of eHealth and the Norwegian Directorate of Health need to hire health professional competence in connection with the development and implementation of new digital systems.
We need a course that can contribute to GPs and contract specialists using the new EPJ functionality more, and an evaluation of whether the new functions are used and what benefits the users get from them.
