Framework agreements shall be entered for ICT consulting services for 10 service fields. This means that framework agreements will be entered with 5 to 10 consultants, provided that suffice numbers of and adequate tenders are received.
The contracting authority wants to enter framework agreements with established, newly established/specialised consultants. The threshold for qualification to participation in the tender contest is therefore low, and tenderers can submit tenders for up to half of the subject areas for the different service fields.

A new call for tenders shall be published with the new tender deadline: 24.6.2019 (10:00).
