- Contract E01: Preparatory work. Demolition of parts of the E block, asbestos and environmental clearance, reorganisation of technical infrastructure, construction of the atrium, permanent and temporary external walls of the remaining E block and S block, and groundworks.
- Contract E02: New construction Southeast block, addition S block 4th-6th floor, as well as interior reconstruction plan 2 and 3 in S block.

Contract 02: New construction Southeast block, addition S block 4th-6th floor, as well as interior reconstruction plan 2 and 3 in S block.
- With possible option for alterations levels 2, 4 and 5 in the existing M block. Hourly options.

Construction phase 2 involves a new addition with wards on 3 floors above the current S block and on new foundations on 7 floors to replace parts of the current E block. In addition, two floors in the S block will be converted into wards that will be connected to the ward in the new SE block. These two floors have been demolished and prepared for internal reconstruction. Three floors of the M block will be converted to outpatient functions and day treatment, and the remaining E block on level 1 will be converted into a cancer centre and outpatient clinic. In total, this will amount to 9,152 m2 gross of new construction and 7,727 m2 gross of alterations, including technical areas and connections.

The new construction is planned to start in Q1 2024 with move-in during 2026.
The contract will be executed as a Turnkey contract in accordance with NS8407:2011.

Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the contract obligations and fulfil the following requirements:
Credit rating from a recognised credit rating agency that is described as "credit worthy without requirements for security", or better score.
An annual average minimum turnover of NOK 100 million over the last 3 years and at least one year with a minimum turnover of NOK 200 million

Credit rating based on the last known accounting figures (2021 or 2022). The rating must be carried out by a credit information company that has
a licence to conduct such credit rating services.

If a tenderer has a justifiable reason as to why they cannot present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove their economic and financial capacity through other documentation, including the last submitted annual accounts with notes, including the auditor's statement or profit and loss accounting, and/or the balance for the last half year if it is more than six months since the last annual accounts, as well as a credit rating based on the accounting figures from 2020
