Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The boxes are stored in a rack system in the high storage, operated by five cranes in two buildings. The boxes will be transported on a roller belt to operators, who load documents in and out of the hanging folders. There should be one book in each folder, or one to several periodical booklets in each folder. The tender concerns four folder types: Folder 1: B.253 mm x H.173 etc. Folder 2: B.253 etc. x H.235 mm. Folder 3: B.370 mm. x H.235 mm. Folder 4: B.370 mm x H.355 mm The delivery extent will make up approx. 18,750 folders 1, 9,375 of folder 2, 7,500 folders 3 and 3,750 folders of folder 4.This is an estimated volume per annum. At the beginning of each year the National Library will place orders with delivery plans for the entire year. See annex 1 for a more detailed description.
