Haraldrud Varmesentral is a remote heating facility at Haraldrud in Oslo. It is owned and operated by Hafslund Oslo Celsio AS. There is an oil tank of 2000 m³ at the facility with a traditional concrete, square collection tank (STC). This collection tank is too small as it only has a collection volume of 725 m³. In order to achieve the statutory 100% collection for the tank, a decision has been made to build an active STC system with an external STC tank of 1300 m³ to cover the mission volume in the existing concrete tank. This tender enquiry is for the detailed engineering design services for, and the delivery and construction of the STC tank.
The tenderer will be fully and completely responsible for all the work and deliveries described in the enquiry.
