The supplier shall assist Ruter in Ruter's role as a coordinating role across public transport operators and authorities in the event of undesirable incidents that entail consequences for public transport.
In addition, Ruter cooperates with the police, the Emergency Preparedness Agency in Oslo Municipality, Viken County Municipality, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Norwegian National Rail Administration, Vy and other actors in public transport for coordination of plans and improvement of emergency preparedness work in Oslo and Akershus.
