Nav measures Oslo invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of the labour market measure "Qualification for the lorry driver's profession (AMO) - Oslo". The aim of the initiative is for participants to achieve driver's rights and be qualified for work as drivers of heavy vehicle, class C and/or CE. See the requirement specifications in the tender documentation part II for further specifications of the service requirements. The abidance deadline is 3 months from the tender deadline.

The contracting authority reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate. If negotiations are held on the sides of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores against the award criteria, the selection of tenderers will be made after an assessment based on the award criteria.
