The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, c/o the Inspection Department, would like tenders for the delivery of vehicle trials/tests in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2018/858 (hereinafter called the vehicle regulation) art. 8 no. 2.
The aim of the procurement is to fulfil the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's obligations as the market inspection authority for the vehicle regulation.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. See the tender documentation for further details.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Point 3.26 of the contract provisions has a requirement that ensures that employees at the tenderer and any sub-suppliers that carry out work under the contract do not have worse wages and working conditions that those in the current regulations on general tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreements for the branches in question. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will also check compliance with the provisions and put sanctions in place for the tenderer if there is a lack of compliance with the provisions.
