The system must include a user friendly eBook/eAudio book reader/loan application that facilitates a good reader experience, spreading literature, and simple retrieval. The procurement must also cover a procurement system with intuitive and user friendly interface that ensures efficient procurements of new content. In addition, the system must have administrative functionality, which, amongst other things, makes it possible to maintain available content and extract relevant statistics.

• Tenderers must give a description of minimum two/maximum three relevant deliveries in the last five years. The references must include information on the delivery's value and content, date of delivery, and the name of the public or private recipient, including contact information for their contact person. Relevant references means references for the delivery of a comparable scope to other customers in the public sector and/or of an equivalent nature and size.

Tenderers musthave an established environment management system.
A description of the tenderer's environment management system (up to two A4 pages), or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or equivalent documentation.
If a tenderer has valid ISO 14001 certification, this certificate will be accepted as documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement.
