The contracting authority would like to procure an administration and communication system for nurseries and schools. Færder Municipality currently has an administration and communication system from IST and a timetable system from Visma. We would primarily like a general system.

The system must take care of personal protection in accordance with the law on handling personal information and the current personal protection regulations.
Nurseries: 9 municipal nurseries with approx. 580 children, in addition there are 9 private nurseries with approx. 620 children.
Schools: 7 primary schools, 3 secondary schools. Approx. 3000 pupils.
Varighet: 72 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract on the same terms for 48 months, based on one or more extensions, so that the total possible contract period will be 10 years. Any extension of the contract must be taken up at least 6 months before the contract expires.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Tenderers are required to be economically and financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the entire contract period.

Documentation requirement:
(1) Expanded credit rating/report, not older than 3 months from a publicly certified credit rating company, with grade A (credit worthy) or equivalent or better rating. The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clearly stated. If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial position with any other documents that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience: Experience is required from at least 3 equivalent assignments in the last three years. A similar assignment is defined as the introduction of the supplier's offered administration and communication system in municipal nurseries.
Implementation ability: Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided. The concept of a quality management system is that i.a, the tenderer is aware of quality objectives, planning, security, handling of deviations, quality improvement and data security.
