The aim of the course is that each individual shall be able to understand and make themselves understood in Norwegian, in addition to reading and writing competence. They shall develop skills that are necessary for managing in everyday life and at work. Furthermore, the aim is that each individual shall learn learning strategies that form a basis for further learning opportunities after the introduction programme has been completed. The course must consist of a theory part and follow-up of participants in relevant work practice.

The estimated annual value of the contract is approx. NOK 2,100,000 for Bodø Municipality. The annual amount is largely affected by the number of refugees and the world situation in general, and the stipulated total contract value including the option for an extension is approx. NOK 8,400,000. Amounts are guidelines and are based on last year's consumption and assessment of future needs. The maximum value of the contract is approx. NOK 12,600,000. All the amounts are stated in NOK, excluding VAT. The estimated contract value represents no obligation for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement: Tax certificate not older than six months calculated from the tender deadline.
Requirement: Tenderers must have orderly conditions with regard to payment of tax, employer's national insurance contributions and VAT.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate. The certificate must not be older than 3 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation: Tenderers are asked to present a credit rating from a reputable credit rating agency, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. If the annual accounts for the last year are not completed by the tender deadline, the preliminary annual accounts for the last year must be attached. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit assessment itself.

Tenderers who have not gained sufficient experience as a company can document the necessary experience by demonstrating experience that employees/resources have gained in previous employment relationships.

The description must however be so detailed that the contracting authority can undertake an independent evaluation of whether the tenderer's quality assurance system can be considered well-functioning for this contract. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificate, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate.
