The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
-Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
- Foreign tenderers: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a Register of Business Enterprises, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have good economic and financial strength in relation to its operations in general, and in relation to the nature of this procurement. A minimum overall credit rating of character of A (credit worthy) or better is required, outlined in Bisnode Creditpro's rating.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Authorisation requirements.
The tenderer shall document the following:
- 2 employees with authorizations, Group L certificate
- 1 telecom installer with approval from the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom)(For telecommunications and computer networks, a certificate as a telecom installer (ENA) authorised by Nkom
Authorisation certificate and approval from Nkom shall be submitted with the tender).
- 1 automatician with certificate of apprenticeship
Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation requirement:
-The tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 employees in its organisation who have craft certificate/certificate of apprenticeship.
The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of 3 similar assignments during the last 3 years. Equivalent is defined as larger service assignments and framework agreements.
- Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer´s responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.

The tenderer must have central approval (or equivalent), minimum classification 2 for execution of emergency light and fire alarm systems, or documentation showing that the tenderer is in process of achieving such approval.
- Documentation of responsible contractor in class 2 of the action/intervention classification.
