Tthe Norwegian System of Patient Injury Compensation (NPE) and Helseklage would therefore like to obtain quotes for a form system from stakeholders with expertise in this specialist area in the market. Through a tender process with negotiations, we would like to procure a form system that will contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of our work. We would like the new system to make it easier for applicants to perform searches. At the same time, we want the new system to streamline everyday life for caseworkers to the greatest extent possible. This involves processing applications quickly and efficiently, receiving applications with the required information and documentation, among other things. This also means that the system must be intuitive and user-friendly, both for internal and external users. In addition, we want a system that makes it easy to maintain a complete overview of all data and easily build various reports and presentations.
