The total estimated contract value for the entire contract period is estimated at NOK 4 million excluding VAT. To allow for changes in consumption patterns and uncertainty, the framework agreement will have an upper limit of NOK 7.8 million excluding VAT. The agreement period is 1 year from the startup date. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract one or more times for up to a further 3 years, for a total maximum of 4 (four) years.

Vilkår for deltakelse

1. Registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
2. Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures.
3. Must have good experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation: Description of the supplier's most relevant contracts during the last 3 years.
4. Must have good implementation ability.
Documentation: A brief and general description of the business, including:
An account of the company’s business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery. Overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, description of current operations and how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract.

Hovedtrekk ved tildelingsprosedyren:
An open tender competition. The contracting authority is planning to implement negotiations with one or several tenderers who submit tenders. The dialogue may apply to all pages of the tender offers. The selection of who is to be invited to the dialogue will be made after an evaluation of the received tenders. It is planned to hold a dialogue with a maximum of 3 tenderers. Dialogue through negotiations will not be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tender offers are received, assesses that negotiations are not appropriate.
