Nye Aker Hospital consists of several building complexes, which are further divided into multiple buildings and contracts. This contract applies to the Somatic Building, which is located centrally on the Aker site. The Somatic Building has a total area of approximately 130,000 m² and is divided into a base section and a high-rise section. 2421 Carpentry Works 1 consists of the following main deliverables. The list is not exhaustive. A complete overview of the deliverables is described in Appendix C2 – Technical Description. Walls: Interior furring of exterior walls, internal walls, skirts Fixed gypsum ceilings Waterproofing membrane on walls and floor slabs Casings and trim: For windows and doors Backing battens Various auxiliary works Installation of doors and windows Lightweight floor structures/beam ceilings Any adjacent works that the Client requires for progress-related reasons. For example (but not limited to) floor treatment, dust binding in smaller scope, auxiliary works for other technical disciplines, etc.

For financial key figures stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that the actual value(s) of the requested key figures are as follows: Minimum qualification requirements Economy Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. A credit rating based on the most recent available accounting figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Experience that the tenderer's current manager or offered project manager or offered assistant project manager has worked with other suppliers within one of these roles, is to be seen as the tenderer's own experience. The builder will assess whether one or several of the reference projects gives the tenderer sufficient experience. An account shall be provided of up to three reference projects with comparative value in the last 8 years. In addition to identifying the project, the following account shall be included in the description of each reference project that the tenderer would like to invoke: • Description of the building/installation for which the contract applies • The central work assignments in the contract • The contract ́s size (originally crown value) measured in NOK, including VAT. • The contract period If the reference project concerns personal experience, the following shall be stated in addition to the above: • Description of the function in question • The extent of the participated in the project (%-vis the position and extent in time). If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes, it will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
