NAV Rogaland would like to procure the labour market measure follow-up for persons who require more comprehensive follow-up support than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can provide.
Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept.

2.1 Tax and VAT

Prior to contract award, the contracting authority will demand that the selected tenderer presents tax and VAT certificates from the tax authorities. The certificate shall not be more than 6 years from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers, and they must substatiate that their tax and VAT payments are in order.

Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement - Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

- Foreign Tenderers: Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
