Molde kommune

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of an impact assessment in accordance with the established planning programme, with an option to prepare the plan documents. This will take place within a progress plan based on the assumption that the zoning plan will be submitted for consultation during the third quarter of 2024.
Molde municipality is preparing an area plan for a large area that will become a new district in Lundavang. In connection with this, Molde municipality needs to purchase supplier services to prepare an impact assessment for the entire area at Lundavang and Stuevollen in accordance with political decisions. This contest does not concern the engineering design of individual buildings or installations. The area may be reduced as a result of prioritisation in the further planning work.

Tenderers must work systematically to fulfil the requirements in the legislation for health, safety and environment. Documentation requirement: Completed Self-Declaration for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) (attached as chapter 7.2).

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Annual accounts for the previous 3 years, including accounts with notes as well as the auditor's statement.
- Documentation is not required from Norwegian suppliers. The contracting authority will verify accounting information and key figures from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
- Additional information the supplier finds necessary to give in order to substantiate the financial position shall be attached the tender without request from the contracting authority.
- The contracting authority can also require further documentation if there are uncertainties in the above requested information.
Tenderers must have their payments of public tax and duty in order. Documentation requirement: - Only applies to Norwegian tenderers: Tax certificate, not older than 6 months at the tender deadline.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the the last 5 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The assignments must be relevant to the zoning of transformation areas in urban areas of similar complexity. It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.
