The agency for Urban Environment will enter into two lots with two tenderers: Lot 1: Operation and maintenance of parks, squares and urban areas in Oslo centre. Lot 2: Operation and maintenance of inner city parks and recreational areas The aim of this procurement is to contribute to achieving the Agency for Urban Environment's social assignment of ensuring good quality of life for the city's residents by developing and managing parks and facilities. The procurement will cover the need for maintenance and operation of parks, squares, urban spaces and recreational areas in Oslo city centre and inner city. The areas mainly include parks, planting in squares and public spaces, harbour areas, urban furniture, recreational and nature areas, hiking trails, sports areas and swimming places, as well as green areas along municipal roads and car parks. The work to be carried out includes management of vegetation, cleaning, waste management, fountain operation, maintenance and operational safety at all facilities in the area covered by the contracts.
