Events take place at different times year round, and it must be possible to hold them in different locations in Norway (most will take place in Oslo). The number of participants can vary from approx. 70 - 1000. All events must be held in Norwegian. See the attached documents for further details.

Tax
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: A tax certificate (not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders) which verifies that the requirements are fulfilled. Foreign companies must present a certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country, certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled its obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Economic and financial capacity
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement: Sufficient financial solidity is required.
Documentation: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If a tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Vinmonopolet, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. If a tenderer has such valid reasons, he must contact Vinmonopolet via the communication module in Mercell for clarification of what other documentation is acceptable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience with equivalent deliveries.
Applicants are asked to document the company's most important deliveries related to Vinmonopolet's needs, through minimum three reference assignments from the last five years.
The description must include information on:
The reference customer's name with contact information and information on the reference assignment.
Experience from holding events of various scopes as regards the number of participants and the economic limit will be an advantage.
The reference assignments are to be described in the attached reference form. All fields in the price sheet must be completed by the applicant.
Vinmonopolet reserves the right to contact the listed reference customers.
Implementation ability
The applicants must describe the organisation, including the quality of the personnel and entities involved in these types of services in Oslo and various locations in Norway. This will mainly mean events in the largest cities in the different regions (e.g. Tromsø, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger and Oslo).

Quality and capacity are evaluated in accordance with Vinmonopolet's requirements. By this we mean that the organisation has the capacity and competence to cover Vinmonopolet's needs for various events.
