Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Product selection on the attached form shall be filled in with standard assortment. The assortment is only a guideline and is not binding for the contracting authority. The form shall be filled in in the yellow fields with the item ́s unit price (excluding VAT), reference to product magazine, page in catalogue or link and the garment ́s characteristics. For products that are outside the standard assortment, it must be stated which discount rates in accordance with the tenderer ́s recommended price apply. All costs shall be included in the net price. Delivery routines and delivery time shall be described. If new products are launched or replace others in the contract period, they shall be delivered in accordance with the current contract terms and in accordance with the same price structure/calculation. Tenderers shall account for a system for changes and adaptations to work wear. Tenderers shall state the delivery time for the item groups. FREVAR shall have standard sizes of stores of selected products from a standard assortment, so that employees can try sizes before ordering. Tenderers shall have a free recycling scheme for testing products outside the selection. Tenderers shall offer standardised products from recognised manufacturers. The offered products shall be of the same quality as the requested or equivalent. All products shall be produced and labelled in accordance with Norwegian law. Work clothes shall be on leg clothes and 2/3 on upper parts as regards visibility. The clothes shall be able to be washed at 60 degrees and have a maximum shrinkage of 5%. The work clothes shall have a women's and men's collection. The bottom colour of the workwear can be black or navy, the visibility colour should be yellow. Work trousers shall have suspension lay-bys and must have stretch material in areas that require a lot of mobility (steps and knee hats). Work trousers shall otherwise wear panels in areas subject to high wear and tear and they shall have knee pad pockets. Tenderers must have a web-based system where they can see product data sheets, brochures with an overview of the tenderer ́s products, available sizes (men, women, unisex). The work wear shall as a standard include the following requirements: ISO 13688:2013 (not marked on the clothes, but there are general requirements for work wear that i.a. regulate the content of the metre content of health or environmentally damaging substances)ISO 20471:2013 (visibility clothing)ISO 11612:2015 A1B1C1 (protection against heat and flame)EN 61482-2:2020 (protection against the arc)EN 1149-5:2018 (antistatic properties)

The competition is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations (FOR-2016-08-12-974) part III. This procurement ́s estimated value exceeds the EEA threshold for supplies and services of NOK 2.3 million including options, cf. PPR §5-3 (1) letter b, cf. FOA § 5-4 (8).
