Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The modular building shall be a permanent building and it shall be on the county ́s own site at Solør sixth form college (for placement see the attached situation plan). The modular building shall be in use at the school for more than five years. The modular building shall contain 4 classrooms, group rooms, toilets, cloakrooms, buckets, technical room, lifting platforms/lifts, stairs. The modular building shall be on two floors. A plan has been prepared, this can be adjusted by the tenderer, but not of such a nature that the builder ́s submitted applications (framework application, the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, environmental orientated health care) must be amended or re-submitted. In 3 of the class classes there shall be 30 students + teachers. There shall be 20 pupils + teachers in one classroom. It is a prerequisite that all class classes can be used simultaneously with full personal load. The turnkey contractor shall prepare the construction pit with a ready prepared and frost proof crushed crushed stone cushion. The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all engineering design services, including the preparation of a fire concept. The turnkey contractor shall deliver, adapt and assemble a complete ready module building ready for use in accordance with the tender documentation and annexes.
