It is a prerequisite for operational safety, redundancy, notification of planned work/errors, as well as stand-by for extraordinary events.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The contracting authority will have a user-friendly administration tool with no additional costs, with role/rights management, real time and history reports, consumption notifications, easy changes of subscriptions/services and self-service features for both the administrator and final users. The company network and switchboard shall offer core functionality (e.g. response groups, absence status, call logs, time management) and be able to be integrated with the existing interaction and telephony platforms. Security, privacy and compliance (bl.a. ISO/best practice) is vital. The agreement shall be flexible as regards data packages, additional SIM and further development over time, with an option for renegotiation for new, appropriate systems. Invoicing shall support EHF, detailed basis per unit/department/user and optional period, as well as invoice control (policy-controlled management of private consumption, integration with wages). Customer support shall be easily accessible, in Norwegian in the first line, and with dedicated KAM. See the contract including requirement specifications for further information on the contract's extent and content.

Rettslig grunnlag:
This procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (LOA) and the regulation 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA). The procurement will be carried out as an open tender contest in accordance with PPR parts I and III. This procedure gives all interested tenderers the possibility to submit tenders for the competition.
