Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Trondheim municipality c/o The Municipal Engineering department shall upgrade the road, water and sewage along Hans Finnes gate from Bakkaunevegen to Persaunevegen.  The aim of the project is to construct a new pavement in Hans Finnes gate in order to provide a safer school path for the children in Strindheim school district. A pavement that can easily be cleared in winter will make conditions better for walking year round. At the same time the project will improve the electricity network (OPI channel) in cooperation with Tensio and renew the water and sewage system in Hans Finnes gate and parts of Henrik Angells gate and Lauritz Jenssens gate. New separate pipes for wastewater and surface water will reduce the emission of sewers and new water pipes will provide safer water supply in the future. A pavement on both sides of Hans Finnes gate is regulated (annex 43, Reguleringsplan_r20140042). In order to put in place necessary contracts with affected landowners, the road profile was optimised, thus reducing temporary intervention along Hans Finnes gate. The road profile was changed to a unilateral pavement on the north side. A summer pavement/snow edition shall be established on the south side. Reference is made to the received framework permission for the project (Annex 15) In the steep party that starts at the junction of Bakkaunevegen/Hans Finnes gate, the crossing shall be framed. The contractor shall adapt to the existing infrastructure that lies below ground. DTensio will participate in the project and will establish a channel for high voltage along the entire road stretch and renew low voltage cables (OPI channel). This is done in order to improve the security of supply of electricity. Cable installations shall also be established for NTE, Telenor, Telenor cable TV and Telia. Lauritz Jenssens gate=123 m, Kaare Tønnes veg =100m, Henrik Angells gate =122 m) - approx. 1780 m W&S ditch (uncompacted matter) - 9 water manholes - 20 wastewater manholes - 17 surface water manholes - 28 light masts- approx. 260 m cable ditches- 38 sand traps. 8 auxiliary drains - 1,550 m drain pipes - approx. 130 m2 wall, (100 m2 dry wall and 30m2 cast wall) - approx. 300 m OPI channel - approx. 210 m new railings - approx. 2,000 m temporary alterations of cables including high voltage The installation work shall take place in an area where there are many soft road users and there are many neighbouring properties. Residents and shall have access to their properties during the construction period. Emergency services, sanitation etc. shall have acceptable accessibility during the site period. Contractors must take care of dialogue with cable departments, emergency services, TRV, Statens vegvesen (Strindheimtunellen), Bane NOR (Tyholttunnellen which is part of stavne - Leangen railway), AtB and any other departments. The contractor must coordinate with and deal with two other contracts: Tensio shall establish an OPI channel in parts of Persaunevegen.  Engineering design services and land acquisitions are ongoing. Interface at the junction Peraunevegen/Hans Finnes gate and Persaunevegen / Kåre Tønnes veg. The project "Ladebekken-Rosenborg, stage 4" – directed by Trondheim municipality, municipal engineering There will be a common interface at the junction of Bakkaunevegen/Hans Finnes gate. The procurement has two options: 1.Electro (joint cast cable pipes, with pipes for Tensio, fibre/signal and road lighting)2.Constructions (Skøtegrop, prefabricated dividing blocks and lids)See the description for details of chapter 7 (option works).
