The purpose of this procurement is to facilitate the department's need for transcription services (live texting) for the event. The conference will span five days and will gather 3,000-4,000 physical participants, along with a number of digital participants from around the globe. The event will be led by the Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance (DFD) and is a collaborative project between DFD, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Fisheries (NFD), and the Ministry of Culture and Equality (KUD). The procurement covers the planning, setup, and execution of live texting for the event. This includes all necessary equipment, infrastructure, and technical staff. The supplier will be responsible for the complete transcription services related to the event. The procurement includes transcribers. The value of the procurement is estimated to a range between NOK 1,300,000 excl. VAT and NOK 3,000,000 excl. VAT. This estimate is not binding for the Contracting Authority. Additional work beyond what is outlined in the service description in Annex 1 may arise. The contracting authority reserves the right to purchase additional services within the financial and time constraints if necessary.
