Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Furthermore, training can be offered such as individual places in driving licences c, CE, D, DE, ADR basic courses, as well as basic and post education for professional drivers (YSK).  Training within this procurement is designed for nav users who are motivated and have the prerequisites for taking work as a professional driver against remuneration for goods and passenger transport with heavy vehicles. The training is also designed for users who already have driving licences for heavy vehicles, but who need post education and/or construction modules in order to get paid work as a professional driver.  Further specifications of the service requirements are in the requirement specification in the tender documentation part II, Annex 1. The contract shall be regulated by the attached contract terms with annexes, cf. Part II.

Rettslig grunnlag:
The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the Regulations.
