Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The aim of the competition is to procure a ticket system that shall increase the theatre's ticket income, contribute to good financial management, ensure cost efficient operation, strengthen customer relations and make the theatre appear as a safe and professional actor. The system shall ensure a seamless experience for the contracting authority and the customer from ticket to entrance, high availability, reliable data quality and compliance with the current requirements for universal design, privacy and security. Hålogaland Teater does not have a ticket hatch and is therefore dependent on the customer's need being as far as possible being solved without the need for contact with the contracting authority.
