The Norwegian Customs needs promotional articles in a number of contexts, for example trade fair articles, gifts for internal and external, internal and external events etc. The profiling articles must comply with the Norwegian Customs ́s established visual profile, have a professional expression, be of good quality and build on the Norwegian Customs ́s social mission.

The chosen tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order. The chosen tenderer shall be a legally established company. Tenderers shall be credit worthy.
The selected supplier must be a legally established company. • Norwegian companies: Company certificate • Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in the trade register or business register as prescribed by the legislation of the country where the supplier is established.

The supplier must have at least a credit rating equivalent to A or a total turnover equivalent to at least twice the expected contract value. Credit assessment/rating, not older than 6 months, and based on the latest known accounting figures. A rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution. For newly established companies, the credit rating requirement is AN.

The supplier must have experience from comparable assignments. Comparable assignments are understood to mean delivering profiling articles to public authorities. Description of the supplier's 3 most relevant assignments during the past 3 years. The description must include the assignment's value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email). References may be contacted if necessary to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the supplier's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
