Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Nav Vestland shall procure welding courses. The aim of the labour market training (AMO) is to contribute to qualifying job seekers for vacant positions. The course shall be aimed at job seekers who would like to work with workshop subjects in welding technology, and shall provide the stated target group training/qualification within the stated discipline. Implementation will be made with 12 participants at all times and continual admission, in accordance with the contract terms with annexes, cf. Part II. The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the regulations on public procurements of 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later changes. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the Regulations.

This rejection reason also includes incitement to, participation or attempts to commit such actions as included in Article 4 in the mentioned framework decision.

Child labour and other forms of human trafficking as defined in Article 2 of the European Parliament and council directive 2011/36/EU of 5. 1 April 2011 on the prevention and control of human trafficking and the protection of its victims and for compensation of the Council ́s framework decision 2002/629/RIA (EUT L 101 of 15.4.2011, p. 1).
