Norad – Direktoratet for utviklingssamarbeid

The contracting authority invites to several events throughout the year, from seminars and breakfast meetings in own premises, to large events and large national and international conferences. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can take responsibility for the technical production of all types of events, provide practical planning and execution as well as assist with strategic consultancy and management. The number of assignments per year will vary, but the contracting authority would like annual assistance with the Norad conference with around 500 participants, "Figures that count" with approx. 150 for the coordination and execution of events in Arendal during Arendalsuka. Every other year Oslo Tropical Forest Forum is held, a global conference that brings together around 400 people from around the world in Oslo.
