Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Nav Vestland shall procure Norwegian training for immigrants. The aim of the course is to strengthen Norwegian proficiencies for job seekers with minority language speakers as well as to give participants a document of their Norwegian abilities for use in job searching. The course lays the basis for being able to take the Norwegian test as a privatist. The target group is job seekers with an immigrant background where weak Norwegian abilities are the reason they are outside the labour market. The estimated need for the contract is 6-8 courses per annum. Course participants will come from Bergen and the surrounding municipalities, the requirement for the delivery place is the centre of Bergen. The contract shall be regulated by the attached contract terms with annexes, cf. Part II.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement.
