Minimum qualification requirements
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A credit rating based on the last known accounting figures will be accepted as documentation. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to conduct this service.
