Ringerike municipality would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer for excavation and laying of infrastructure (fibre), as well as the delivery of some equipment in connection with replacing and purchasing parts for fibre work. See the price form for this. The contract is for the provision of fibre optic contract services, including the establishment of fibre optic infrastructure for new locations, as well as performing assignments within operation, maintenance and error recovery as needed. The tenderer shall be responsible for the engineering design services and shall submit documentation of all completed assignments in a more agreed format.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The contracting authority is not bound to an estimate per annum, as the value can vary based on grants and absolute measures. The framework agreement will expire when the maximum value of the framework agreement has been achieved, NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT over a 4 year period. This sum can also contain larger call-offs and projects that shall be carried out in Ringerike municipality, so an exact extent is difficult to estimate as we do not have all orders mapped over a 4 year period. The contracts are planned to start in June 2025 and will run until June 2027, with an option for a 2 year extension (1+1).
