Documentation: As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain the credit rating Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian). Tenderers must be in risk class 5 or higher on the Experian scale. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has known registered information about the company and consents by submitting the tender for the information to be collected and used as a basis for assessing the tenderer's financial conditions. If the Contracting Authority cannot find a credit rating of each company in Experian, or the credit rating is not in accordance with the required rating, the Contracting Authority will attempt to cover its documentation need in another way. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirement Requirement: Experience is required from at least 3 equivalent assignments. Documentation of excellent implementation ability is required. Documentation: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from equivalent assignments. By equivalent assignments, we mean assignments of an equivalent nature, scope and value (per assignment) as requested in this competition. By an equivalent nature and extent, we mean that the tenderer shall have completed deliveries within the disciplines RiG and RiM, with an equivalent value of deliveries with a total sum per estimate of at least NOK 0.35 million for RiG and NOK 0.2 million for RiM. Documentation of excellent implementation ability is required. The requirement will be seen as fulfilled if the tenderer can refer to 3 equivalent reference projects for RiG and RiM in the last 5 years as documentation of experience with equivalent assignments. The geotechnique manager must min have a bachelor degree, other relevant university college degree or equivalent degree with 180 credits for the relevant discipline that the assignment applies to and more than 3 years experience. The assignment manager environmental engineering shall have at least 8 years relevant work experience in his field, of which at least three years will be the assignment manager. The professional responsible environmental engineering (junior) shall have at least 3 years relevant work experience in his field. Both roles within environmental engineering require a bachelor's degree, other relevant university college degree or equivalent degree with 180 credits for the relevant discipline included in the assignment (i.e. nature or climate and environment related educations). Experience from three relevant reference projects for RIG and RIM is required. Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose a list of persons who are offered for the assignment for the framework agreement. Individual CVs shall be enclosed for each offered personnel. At least 3 relevant reference projects must be given from the last 5 years for RiG and RiM, where the offered personnel have had an equivalent role.
