Nav Vestland shall procure entrepreneur courses. The main aim of the course is to strengthen each participant ́s possibility to be self-supported through the establishment of their own viable activity. The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate. If negotiations are held on the sides of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores against the award criteria, the selection of tenderers will be made after an assessment based on the award criteria.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The main aim of the initiative is to strengthen each participant's ability to be self-supported through the establishment of their own viable activity. In order to achieve this aim, the initiative shall ensure the following: Increase the participants ́ competence in establishment subjects. Assist each participant in planning, developing and establishing their own business. Actual business plans can vary from innovation companies to livelihood companies. Prepare professional business assessments for participants who shall apply to retain services from NAV in connection with the establishment of their own business. The initiative is aimed at persons who have a business idea and wish to establish their own business. The participants will have different individual needs and there will be a large variation in the participant group. The variation can i.a. apply to competence and education levels, Norwegian proficiencies, health challenges and experience backgrounds.

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any subsequent Changes. Corruption as defined in Article 3 of the Convention on Combating Corruption, Involving European Communities or European Union Member States (EUT C 195 of 25.6.1997, s. 1), and in Article 2, point 1, in the Council ́s framework decision 2003/568/RIA of 22 July 2003 on combating corruption in the private sector (EUT L 192 of 31.7.2003, p. 54).
