(2) Tenderers shall describe up to the three most relevant and similar contracts/assignments from up to the last three years for the operation of the restaurant and the preparation of menus with at least three high quality dishes equivalent to "fine dining" and gourmet food to representation. The descriptions shall also include the assignment ́s value (where possible), date and name of the recipient.
