The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Directorate needs assistance with producing and directing the Possibility Conference 2026. The possibility conference is a 5 hour long digital TV production that includes a number of different elements, among studio performances, panel discussions in studios and performances from different places in Norway, where we present examples of good work practices in Nav.The aim of the Opportunity Conference is to provide a professional in depth to the employees in how different parts of Nav go new ways to meet employers. provide work orientated follow-up and contribute to more people having a more valuable everyday life. The contract period is one year from contract signing. The contracting authority (the Customer) has an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1+1 years, i.e. a total maximum of four years.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The assistance shall include production and management of the Possibility Conference 2026. This involves facilitating and directing, editing, post-work, complete editing of the programme in its entirety, including cutting, sound mixing, and any special effects. Tenderers shall also have overall responsibility for directing, which means being responsible for the creative and artistic expression. In addition to ensuring that the final product is in accordance with Nav ́s profile manual.  All content in the Opportunity Conference has been pre-recorded and edited together for an overall all-digital broadcast. The filming of all elements will take place during spring 2026. The conference shall be presented as a digital broadcast for all employees in the work and service line in Nav at the beginning of June 2026.
