The framework agreement includes excavation stand-by for acute and planned repairs of water and sewage pipelines managed by Trondheim municipality. The assignments mainly involve repairs to the existing infrastructure as a result of unwanted events such as, for example: water leaks, clogging or collapse of surface water and sewage pipelines. In a few cases it may also be necessary to repair private water and sewage installations.

Only for building and construction works:: Only for public building and construction works: During the reference period the tenderer has carried out the following work of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The tenderer shall have the necessary knowledge/competence from comparable water and sewage installations. The company must have carried out at least 3 relevant renovation projects of water and sewage pipelines with the accompanying restoration. The projects must include excavation works in urban areas. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall document 3 projects that the tenderer deems to be in accordance with the above description. The projects are described with the project name, location, project period and short description of the work performed. Tenderers are responsible for identifying the relevance of the projects. The description shall be maximum 1 A4 page and it shall not contain references or annexes.

Technical personnel or technical units: Tenderers can use the following technical personnel or technical units , particularly those who are responsible for quality control: For technical personnel or technical units that do not directly belong to the tenderer ́s business, but if the capacity the tenderer will use, cf. part II, section C, separate ESPD forms shall be supplemented.

For public building and construction work, technical personnel or units that shall carry out the work: Tenderers can use the following technical personnel or technical units for public building and construction work to fulfil the contract: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The company must have a minimum of 5 work layers available for work in accordance with the contract. Requirement for the work teams: Each of the work teams shall as a minimum have an available excavator with a driver, lorry with drivers and construction work in ditch. Tenderers shall also have available equipment, at least 4 machines, that can thaw tele quickly and environmentally friendly. Documentation: Tenderers shall provide an overview of the personnel intended to be used for the assignments. The overview shall document that the company has sufficient and correct competence and capacity to fulfil the contract.

Technical facilities and quality assurance measures: The tenderer utilises the following technical facilities and quality assurance measures and the tenderer ́s survey and research facility is as follows:

Management and tracing of the supply chain: The tenderer will be able to use the following management of the supply chain and tracing systems for the execution of the contract:

Control Permission: For goods or services that are complicated, or that in exceptional cases shall be used for a particular purpose: Will the tenderer allow checks of the tenderer's production capacity or technical capacity and, where necessary, of the survey and research facilities that the tenderer has at its disposal and of quality control measures? Education and professional qualifications: The following education and professional qualifications are possessed by the tenderer and/or (depending on the requirements set in the notice or in the procurement documents) of the leading employees: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement for site manager: The company shall at least have a qualified site manager per work team with experience in modern site operations. The site manager shall always be available for assignments. This applies for all projects, also for sites carried out outside normal working hours, at weekends, as well as for holidays. Documentation requirement: CVs must be submitted showing previous experience as site manager. Requirements for site work in ditch: Site work in a ditch shall have a certificate of apprenticeship as a site plumber or a certificate of apprenticeship in road and construction disciplines with additional competence ADK-1. Documentation for site work in a ditch: CVs and certificates that document fulfilment of the requirement must be submitted.

Environmental management measures: Tenderers can employ the following environmental management measures in connection with the execution of the contract: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The tenderer has routines and competence connected to evaluation and management of climate and environmental impacts when carrying out the relevant assignment. Documentation: Tenderers shall submit a completed self-declaration form. If there is a third-party certification, this or the link to this certification shall be stated in the self-declaration form.

Number of employees in the management: The tenderer ́s number of employees in the management during the last three years was as follows:
