Assessment To minimise the procurement ́s significant climate and environmental impact, this is done by setting requirements for the use of electric vehicles in connection with assignments. The use of an electric car also contributes to lower pollution and noise in the local environment. The supplier market is in the process of phased electric cars in their "fleets of cars" as electric vehicle manufacturers are now beginning to deliver goods vans with the necessary capacity and driving distance per charging. The contracting authority therefore gives regulations on emission requirements for vehicles for public procurements for road transport by the procurement of a Home Guard. Passenger cars, goods vans and city buses, analogic use in this procurement. The supplier market is in the process of phased electric cars in their "fleets of cars" as electric vehicle manufacturers are now beginning to deliver goods vans with the necessary capacity and driving distance per charging. By setting requirements for use of electric vehicles in a phasing-in period, the Contracting Authority ́s assessment is that the procurement ́s climate and environmental impact overall is best reduced through minimum requirements. The contracting authority has weighted the contract ́s total length in the assessment. Furthermore, it is emphasised that the phasing-in period will give the greatest real competition on the best market terms, especially considering that the type of electric vehicles to be used are goods vans. The contracting authority considers that setting the minimum requirements for the use of electric vehicles, which as a minimum requirement gives a clearly better climate and environmental impact than to set up the use of electric vehicles as an award criteria, the Contracting Authority will therefore make requirements for the chosen tenderer to be able to use electric vehicles by 01.01.26. Conclusion the result of the climate and environmental mapping shows that it will give a clearly better climate and environmental effect to state climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications, cf. FOA 7-9 (4), 1st sentence.
